Panneringsmaskin för choklad/socker överdragning (dragering)

Selmi Comfit är helt tillverkat av AISI 304- rostfritt stål.

Hastighetsreglering av trumman sker elektroniskt för att anpassa hastigheten för att få optimal choklad/sockeröverdragning för olika typer/storlekar av produkter som ska drageras.

Maskinen har ett värme/kylsystem för att hjälpa till att hålla optimal temperatur för de olika momenten i tillverkningen av drageer.

Temperaturregleringen görs elektroniskt på kontrollpanelen.

För att automatisera tillförseln av choklad/socker ingår det även ett spraysystem som kopplas till maskinen. Spraysystemet behöver kopplas till en oljefri kompressor.

Panning machine for chocolate/sugar coating (coating)

Selmi Comfit is completely made of AISI 304 stainless steel.

Speed regulation of the drum is done electronically to adjust the speed to obtain optimal chocolate/sugar coating for different types/sizes of products to be coated.

The machine has a heating/cooling system to help maintain the optimum temperature for the various steps in the production of dragees.

Temperature regulation is done electronically on the control panel.

To automate the supply of chocolate/sugar, a spray system that is connected to the machine is also included. The spray system needs to be connected to an oil-free compressor.
